While it certainly does depend on your market segment, I’d say these hold true for South African online trends too – perhaps with the exception of Twitter. Having a handle on good content is great – but it’s pointless if no-one notices it. Understanding the characteristics of each social network is also vital in developing a feel for the optimum time of day for content-sharing.
